The Power of Sacred Journaling: A Leadership Practice That Changed My Life

As a spiritual mentor and transformational guide, I've discovered that true wisdom isn't just in the experience—it's in the conscious integration of our insights.

My most treasured end-of-year ritual for the past three years has been my Journal Review Practice. With four journals filled annually, each page captures the essence of my soul's journey:

• Prophetic dreams that later manifested
• Divine wisdom downloads during meditation
• Synchronicities and miraculous moments
• Paradigm-shifting revelations
• Business and personal breakthroughs

But here's the profound truth I've learned: Writing isn't enough. Real transformation comes from REVIEW and INTEGRATION. As Jim Rohn wisely taught, "Don't trust your memory." Those magical moments of insight, so vivid when they occur, can fade like morning mist unless we anchor them through conscious review.

I just completed my annual two-day deep dive into five journals, transferring the most powerful insights into Evernote. This practice has become a goldmine not only for my personal growth but also for developing transformational content that serves my clients' journeys.

What fascinates me is how these collected wisdom nuggets become seeds for future books, courses, and guidance sessions. Each review reveals new layers of understanding, helping me guide leaders through their own transformational processes with even greater depth.

March 2023:

Codify Your Wisdom: Name Your Gift. Feel the uniqueness and value of it. Believe you can monetize your gift. Take creative initiative from that alignment.

 

Act as if. Your thoughts become things. Speak every day. Practice every day. Play with matter. Become softer and stronger.

Find ease in risk.

 

Neutrality is key to happiness. I don't mind what happens because I know it is all Divine Mother.

 

Allow, Receive, Expand.

 

Money comes to me from everywhere. I am so grateful to be connected to the net of Bliss and support.

 

I am in the net of the divine love.

 

The bigger is my service, the bigger is the support that comes.

 

Quantum Spirituality. Quantum Principles of Reality Creation. We live in the Multiverse.

 

Peace is what we are all after. It is not the money. Not the soulmate. We are after peace. Harmony. Tranquility. Deep inner knowing that we will be ok. That we are sustained by Life. That we are one with life. Awakening is a journey towards peace.

My New Promise to myself:

 

I promise to cherish myself and all that I choose to become this lifetime and all that I am becoming,

I promise to see myself deeply and to choose myself over and over again; deepening my Mystical Union withing and bringing all polarities into an alchemical unification.

I promise to be tender with my heart, to trust my yearnings, my desires, my visions, dreams, and revelations. There is no authority over me higher than Divine Mother and I am Her emissary, Her instrument, and Her child. She holds me deeply in her heart.

I promise to communicate my needs and desire in my intimate relationships without fear or hesitation.

I promise to trust this alchemical process with curiosity and innocence.

 

 

September 2020: 

 

Biggest Realizations:

 

• I am NOT the "doer" - Spirit is
• Everyone is another version of me
• When I am present, I am in the most powerful point of creation - in the center of the Universe.
• Survival fears can be purged out completely
• The more stable I am, the bigger I can serve
• Resources flow to me to support the mission that I am here to carry out
• Clients find me through a telepathic communication
• There is an artificial time and when I am not aware, I feel the pressure to race against it. All I get to do is to find my breath, return to my natural rhythms, and to remind myself that time is a tool, not my master. Also, remembering that there are at least 44 years of leadership in front of me really helps.
• Travel is not something I do when I have more time. I create time for meaningful adventures. , changing my environment does miracles for my creativity, rejuvenation of my subtle bodies, and inspiration.
• I love taking mini- sabbaticals throughout the year. Instead of taking one big sabbatical, I take a few week-long breaks from all social media and I dedicated that time to visionary thinking. Uninterrupted visionary thinking.
• Vision is received in phases. The VIsionary process is deeply alchemical in nature, it alters you, shifts something deep at your core and once you see a vision through, all the way till the end, you are not the same. The process of carrying out the idea to its manifestation is so rewarding for me. I am in it for the surprise, the unveiling, the unknown...it never repeats itself, it always has huge new lessons for me. It always helps me learn the most powerful lessons and help me become even more of my true self - innocent, brave, and trusting...standing in my wholeness.
• Writing a book is a part of my mastery.
• Recession-Proof Business: Mastery, Leadership, Innovation
• Your life is a living reflection of your own vibrational essence.
• Your Womb = Your Body of Wisdom
• The Universe is my Mother. Loving, generous, and always supportive.
• I am guided by the Soul of my mission.
• I am given inspiration day by day and clear instructions on what to do next. When nothing seems to happen, I am asked to wait for the collective to catch up with me. At those times, confusion and worry usually arise and I wonder if my creative fire ever return. It always returns, after the process of mutation completes itself. What helps the most is to follow my joy and allow the process to run its course. Creativity always returns. Always.
