Your membership will auto-renew (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on how you purchased) on or close to the date of purchase.
If you need to peace out, email us at email@example.com and we’ll cancel your upcoming renewal. Contact us at least two weeks prior to your next billing date. Please provide the email address that you enrolled with. Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll have access to Illumination Portal until the end of your current billing cycle.
We’re not able to refund full pre-pays. If you prepaid for a year in order to get the bigger savings, you are committed to the full term. We appreciate your understanding.
If your first payment method provided can’t be processed, we’ll reach out by email to find a solution. If we don’t hear back from you that week or receive payment, your subscription may be paused. We hope you can keep subscribing!
